Handmade Pricing Calculator:
Most handmade pricing leaves two things out. Overhead, which runs whether you sell anything or not. And your own time, paid at a rate you'd actually accept from somebody else.
This counts both, then tells you the number almost nobody checks: your pay per hour.
You can have a healthy looking margin and still be earning less than you'd pay someone to do the same job. Margin and pay per hour are two different numbers, and only one of them tells you whether the work is worth doing.

MILEAGE RATES THAT CHANGE MID YEAR
The IRS raised the business rate partway through 2026. Most templates have one rate box and get half your year wrong. This one has a dated rate table, so a trip in March and a trip in August each pick up the right rate on their own. Add a row whenever a rate changes.
